We offer a white-glove, nationwide delivery service and we’ll install your chair too.

Hassle-free delivery

We like to deliver and install every riser recliner chair into its new home ourselves. Our infrastructure allows us to do this wherever you are in the country – we do all the hard work for you. 

First we will be in touch to agree on a day that’s best for you, within 3-4 weeks of placing your order. On the day you will get a call to arrange a 1hr time slot. When our friendly driver arrives, simply show him where you would like your chair to go – we can move any furniture around as required to make space. We will then room place the chair, set it up, remove the rubbish and show you how to use it.

We will make sure you are 100% happy before we leave.

Troubleshooting & repairs

Farborg has a national infrastructure to make sure you are fully supported in the unlikely event that any repairs or maintenance are needed. We can send technicians to any corner of the country to ensure you are safe and comfortable.

Farborg chairs are fitted as standard with an emergency lower function to get you out of trouble in the event of a power cut. Our chairs are maintenance free and don’t need servicing but our nationwide team of technicians are always on hand should you need them.

We’re so confident in our products that we offer a full no-quibble guarantee. It’s simple: if you don’t love your Farborg chair we will collect it, refund you in full, and send you flowers or a box of chocolates to apologise for the inconvenience.
