Lena is our most popular riser recliner chair, featuring the attractive ‘waterfall’ backrest design and elegant scroll arms. The fibre-filled waterfall backrest can be customised to suit you by adjusting the cushion positions and adding or removing fibre from the pillows. Lena is available for quick delivery (1-2 weeks) in our best-selling fabrics: Coal, Latte, Sand, and Zinc. Other fabric options are available for regular delivery (3-4 weeks).
Every Farborg chair is available in a choice of 15 luxury fabrics, chosen for their hard-wearing quality and contemporary styling. You can order free fabric samples by completing the form here, or our team can bring sample swatches to you if you book a home visit.
Single motor:
By engaging the first motor, the chair will gently rise to help you get in and out of the chair. It will then lower to standard sitting followed by elevation of the leg rest. This is then followed by the blissfully comfortable tilt function which combines to create the ‘zero-gravity’ position – all through the press of a single button.
The angle between the backrest and seat base is fixed.
The single motor chair is controlled by 2 simple buttons on the handset.
Dual motor:
By engaging the first motor, the chair will gently rise to help you get in and out of the chair. It will then lower to standard sitting followed by elevation of the leg rest. At any stage you can use the second motor to recline the backrest to your most comfortable position.

Farborg chairs are fitted as standard with an emergency lower function to get you out of trouble in the event of a power cut. Our chairs are maintenance free and don’t need servicing but our nationwide team of technicians are always on hand in the unlikely event of any repairs or maintenance being required.

The popular ‘waterfall’ backrest comprises 3 individually adjustable pillows. Each pillow can be moved around on velcro and stuffing can be removed and added so you can get support exactly where it is needed most.

Farborg chairs are manufactured from the ground up in England. Riser recliner chairs consist of 3 core components – the mechanism, the frame and the upholstery. Farborg controls each of these stages carefully through our UK manufacturing facilities.
From the powder coated steel mechanism to the wooden frames, we know these chairs down to every detail – that’s why we are so confident to supply these with our industry leading Comfort Guarantee.
Fast nationwide ‘white glove’ delivery
First we will be in touch to agree on a day that’s best for you. On the day you will get a call to arrange a 1 hour time slot. When our friendly driver arrives, simply show them where you would like your chair to go – we can move any furniture around as required to make space. We will then room place the chair, set it up, remove the rubbish and show you how to use it. We will make sure you are 100% happy before we leave.
We build and deliver your custom chair within 3 weeks, wherever you are in the country.
We can also take your old chair away, if required, for a fee of £85. We donate your old chairs to the British Heart Foundation, or if they are not suitable for donation we will responsibly recycle them. If you’d like us to remove your old chair please select this option at the checkout.
